The FIRST MESA Kachina represents the First Mesa Dance which has the purpose of growing the crops, particularly corn. In the semiarid land of the Southwest, it is absolutely essential to have supernaturals on their side.

This Genuine Navajo Kachina Doll handmade by Native American Artists of the Navajo Nation in New Mexico. Doll stands 10" tall (about 12" - 14" with stand and headdress). Head dress is removable to reveal Native American head underneath (made of poly-resin). Since each Kachina Doll is hand made,no two are exactly alike and colors of leather, fur, and feathers may vary. Artist Signed and Certificate of Authenticity included. LIMITED QUANTITIES AVAILABLE.
